The sound of laughter...

... makes every single hard day worth every minute. We have a lot of hard days. A lot of tears shed due to being scared or frustrated or just plain feeling sorry. Feeling sorry because Corbin doesn't experience what he should be at his age. However, some days make it all go away. Last night Corbin was in a terrific mood. It was one of those nights where everything was going well. Both kids were in fabulous moods. Jon volunteered to make supper. So I got to spend quality time with Corbin working on putting balls in and out of the bowl. A task he isn't too good at because he would rather eat the balls. However, I got quite the surprise. I have never seen him laugh so hard he was gasping for air. This went on for a half an hour. Hearing him laugh (truly laugh) and get so excited made our hearts smile. Jon came in and watched. Neither of us could watch without laughing ourselves. Nights like these remind of us that we are doing all of this for a reason. We want our children to be happy. No matter what life hands us at the end of the day we want happy healthy children. We have two :)

Side note: We did get his blood drawn last week for his next genetic test. Now we anxiously wait up to 2 painful months... That gives us up to 2 months for some long and needed prayers. We pray for continued health for Corbin and the cause of the CK levels isn't too serious.

Enjoy the video!
